THOUGHTS OF SELF
Please sit or recline comfortably. Cross your arms over your chest and take two deep breaths. Notice the rising and falling of your chest and stomach. Now, breathe normally. If you feel comfortable, close your eyes.
May we be aware in each moment of the power of our words to ourselves and to others. May we find comfort in being ourselves, authentically human and vulnerable. And in the quiet of our communion with Self, Spirit, the Universe, God, Allah, The Presence, may we feel assured that the Mind of a vibrational world responds to what we think and how we feel. May we value ourselves and meet the challenges of our moments with clear views of ourselves, others, and our circumstances. And may we have the emotional intelligence to think thoughts that lift us up so that the touch of Spirit fills our essence and warms our soul. May we cherish our identity as breathing, spiritual beings and loving humans with extraordinary potential.
We rest in these thoughts and offer this awareness in meditation and prayer, in the name of all that is Love.
