Mid -Week Meditation
RAISING VIBRATION
Please sit or recline comfortably. Notice the rising and falling of your chest and stomach.
Notice what you hear.
Notice the sound that is furthest from you that you hear.
Notice the sound that is closest to you that you can hear.
If you feel comfortable, close your eyes.
Now, breathe normally.
May we choose to move gratefully in the universal flow, flowing with it and raising our vibration with movement, positive intentions, and appreciation for life as it is. And when our spirits sink as we resist the ongoing flow of events in our lives, may the thoughts we have stored in our consciousness come to the surface of our experience, showing us simple pleasures in our lives. May we continually strengthen the muscle of gratitude, practicing this graciousness and love when we are strong and conscious of well-being, so that in those tender moments we can go to our reservoir of grateful praise, and rise out of the depths of despair. We rest in these thoughts and offer this awareness in meditation and prayer, in the name of all that is Love.
